Tompkins Jewellers employs an in house highly trained goldsmith with traditional torch and modern laser welding technology for all types of jewellery repair, restoration and creation.

Tompkins Jewellers also employs a gemmologist for gem identification and appraisals for insurance purposes, as well as a computer software designer for custom designs.

Jewellery cleaning and inspection, engraving and intricate eyeglass frame repair are also available on site.

General repairs can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days, and some minor repairs can be done while you wait.  Complimentary cleaning and inspection can be done at any time.

If you do not have time to wait days for a repair to be completed, arrangements can be made for a "24 hour Express Repair" at an extra cost.
